a few years ago the monks of solesmes made available, on the web, a recently discovered CD by Pope Gregory 1st of the original Roman Schola singing chant.

75 tracks from 1928-1936, recorded in Rome, Venray, Paris, Berlin, New York, Montserrat, Dortmund ...
