I am trying to transcribe tropped lesson from Missale notatum (Bratislava, before 1341).
The lesson is published in Analecta Hymnica 49, page 169. The ending in this manuscript differs from what AH shows and I am not able to decode what words could stannd for "E." or "G." in the last line (They seem to be three sylable words). You can see last lines of the lesson at the picture.
Is there someone who have seen similar version, or could you offer a solution to this puzzle?

Completely agree with Ricossa, but I think the text says: Semper o pie succurre caterve E... Nostre in laude rex tui coniuncte E... SEMPITERNUM.
I think that E is simply the melismatic vocalization for the melody of hemistich. Something quite common in double cursus compositions.
