Monza, Tesoro del Duomo, fragment de Graduel dans le codex F1/101.
Une étude a été faite par
L. Cazzaniga, « L’antiphonario secondo il codice F1/101 della Biblioteca Capitolare del duomo di Monza », Milano(Pontificio Istituto Ambosiano di musica sacra) 1978-1979.
Ce fragment est mentionné par A. Dold/K. Gamber, « Das Sacramentar von Monza », Beuron1957.
Un membre de notre Site « Musicologie médiévale » aurait-il la possibilité et la serviabilité de me prêter une copie du fragment ou l’étude de Cazzaniga (ou celle de Dold-Gamber) ? Ou bien peut-on m’indiquer comment avoir un accès facile à ce document ?

Dear Père,
I wrote my doctoral dissertation on this fragment (in fact, it is is not a fragment but nearly a full antiphoner). I am now preparing an edition and a large study of the antiphoner.
I am happy to share what I know--including the a chapter from my thesis, which has all of the relevant bibliography and a full transcription.
