Akafist
“Akafist” is a particular Slavonic genre which was inspired by the Greek Akathistos hymnus, the traditional kondak for the annunciation of the Theotokos / Blagoveštenie (25 March), and different approaches to translate it (since its 24 oikoi were supposed to begin with the letters of the alphabet). Akafisti were as well composed for other occasions and were sometimes collected in a separated book.

The former homepage of the National and University Library “St Kliment of Ohrid” does no longer exist, but the library itself did upload pdfs in low resolution of each manuscript at mk.wikimedia.org.
On the images of the manuscripts is still the blind link. If you would like to find the corresponding page at commons.wikimedia.org click on PDF, please.
Among psaltir you find Ms. 19 which was wrongly classified, since it was too huge to contain just nothing else than the psalter. It has all the other books as well, I inserted an own description.
