Just as a welcome of one of the new members here, I would like to recommend the homepage by Emmanouil Giannopoulos, which is very rich of material concerning studies of Byzantine and Orthodox Chant as well as concerning his teaching material for Greek Orthodox Chant (there is an English version as well):
