Hi Melissa! Thanks for posting the interesting fragment collection online. Fragment 2 and fragment 5: this fragments are not from an Antiphonary but from a Gradual. Nr 2 you'll find the rest of an Alleluia and the verse De profundis followed by the Offertory De profundis. Fragment nr 5 is a Gradual Surge illuminare Jherusalem followed by an Alleluia.
