XII • Fragment (bifolio) of an heirmologion (echos tritos section) with relatively developed Coislin notation (not Constantinopolitan!) in the ode order (OdO) folio 2 has the odes 4-5 (last lines of ode 3062-first lines of 3023 according to Avtomela & Heirmoi kat' echon) and folio 3 the odes 7-8 (see also description, transcription and facsimile by Amédée Gastoué). Folio of a Parakletike/Tropologion with a theotokion, the 10th sticheron heothinon (plagios devteros) and the 11th exaposteilarion (f. 26).

Correction of Gastoué's transcription (first lines, f. 3r):

λόγους· ἐκ φλογὸς καὶ ὁ μένης ἀγγέλου ἐπιστασίᾳ σώσας· εὐλογητὸς εἶ ὁ θεός ὁ τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶν :
