From 17.-24.4. Ensemble "Ordo Virtutum" will tour the Netherlands with the program "Hildegard von Bingen and Hermannus Contractus" which opens a musical dialogue between these two important composers of the Benedictine order. The focus is on Codex Dendermonde, sent by Hildegard to the Cistercian monastery of Villers - where the monks maybe didn't only admire this gift but perhaps also tried the music. At least this is the reason why we sing Hildegard in this program with a male ensemble.
