I am not a specialist for Old Spanish chant, but would very much like to have a good recording of the few melodies which can be transcribed: Which recordings can you recommend?

There are several recordings. Search "HISP" on Chant Discography. But without any doubt the two most relevant CD's are those of Laurentino Saenz and Marcel Pérès. A comparison of both can be heard online here.
