In May 2014 I received a PhD in Musicology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, USA. My dissertation was on the Good Friday Popule meus verses (i.e., the Greater Reproaches or Improperia maiora), c. 380-880. I have also edited, with Barbara Swanson, the 2013 proceedings of the Gregorian Institute of Canada (published 2014 by the Institute of Mediaeval Music).
