  • Bonjour,
Pourriez-vous, vous présentez sur votre page et aussi nous présenter vos perspectives de recherches ainsi que vos intérêts pour la musicologie médiévale ?

  • Dear Rebecca,

Yesterday I heard that your book will appear in April. On the internet I saw that there is to appear a critical edition of 94 offertoria as well. I am looking forward to this. It would save me a lot of work in preparing new pieces for performance.

I have been preparing an edition with a selection of Gregorian chants as well; with an emphasis on offertoria, responsoria and unpublished chants. This edition could be interesting especially because of the notation.

In Dobogoko I have given a presentation on this notation, called Fluxus. It simply copies St. Gallen-neumes on lines. For dyslexics and shortsighted people (like me) this is much more accessible than neumes written "above" the staff.

I wonder what you would think of a publication of your offertoria in Fluxus-notation? Please have a look at:

Rebecca Maloy replied to Dominique Crochu's discussion L'offertoire Elegerunt de Saint Etienne
